Gently clean your jewellery with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush. Keep it away from harsh chemicals to protect its brilliance.

Remove your ring during hands-on activities such as cleaning, exercising or gardening. When you’re not wearing it, store it in a soft pouch or lined jewellery box to help protect it.

For lasting sparkle, have your ring professionally cleaned and its claws checked roughly once a year.

Keep your insurance up to date by arranging a jewellery valuation from time to time. Your ring’s replacement value may increase over time, so check that it remains covered for its full replacement value.

Bespoke

For bespoke please allow around 8-12 weeks. It can be ready sooner, 4-6 weeks however it's advisable to allow plenty of time, especially in the lead up to Christmas.

Single stone rings can start from around £600. It all depends on your choice of metal, the size, quality and type of stones. The metal prices fluctuate daily on a live market so this price may vary. Use the sliders on our Ring Builder to see how the price for the centre stone changes depending on the colour, clarity and cut that you select.

You can also browse a selection of gemstones, lab grown or natural diamonds. If you can't find the shape or style you are looking for, we can source anything you like and can also get stones cut to order.

If you'd like the biggest diamond for your budget, you may wish to explore the lab grown diamonds. If you have a set budget in mind and you'd prefer a natural diamond, you can adjust the settings to find a stone that suits your budget.

You can choose between natural, lab grown, or salt and pepper diamonds, adjusting size, colour, or clarity to suit your budget.

Emeralds and opals are softer stones and can chip easily. Engagement rings are worn daily, so it's better to choose a harder wearing stone.

Choose gemstones with a Mohs hardness of 7 or above: Diamonds, Sapphire, Ruby, Tourmaline, Spinel, Moissanite or Alexandrite.

Yes, we can reuse sentimental precious stones. There is a small risk of chipping depending on how they were originally set, but stones can sometimes be re-polished or the design adjusted to suit.

Chains contain solder on every link making them brittle when melted. Odd earrings, rings or pendants are best for melting.

Our studio is not open to the public, but consultations take place in beautiful meeting spaces around the city.

The cost depends on stone selection, CAD design, 3D printing, metal casting, metal weight, setting, finishing, hallmarking, packaging and more.

We provide a starting estimate, refine this after stone selection, and finalise once the CAD design indicates the accurate metal weight.
