Refunds and returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase then please contact us on 07887 555496 or email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your item, for a full refund.
Exempt from refunds are: Bespoke commissions, items altered to a customers request or made to order items.
To Return an item to us please follow the following steps:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to let us know you will be returning it.
The item must then be returned back within the next 14 days to the following address:

The item must be returned in it's original packaging, securely wrapped, unworn, and sent via royal mail special delivery.
Emma Hedley Jewellery does not accept responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any lost, damaged or stolen items during transit. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep your receipt as proof of postage.
Items must be returned as above using a secure, tracked delivery service, with RETURNED ITEM clearly stated on the package to prevent additional customs fees. If in the instance of a incorrectly marked package and customs fees are incurred, the customer will be responsible for these costs.
We will exchange an off the shelf item of the same value, please be aware that you may need to wait up to 4 weeks if the item you would like to exchange is out of stock, as they are hand made and we do not hold vast quantities in stock.
Any returned items received outside of the stated time frame above and without following the returns policy are accepted at the discretion of Emma Hedley Jewellery.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of Emma Hedley Jewellery receiving the return.
Unwanted gifts returned without a receipt may be exchanged for a credit note to be used for an item of the same value. If it is a bespoke item that requires adjustments additional costs may be charged.
In the rare case that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact 07887555496 or firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
If the package you receive is damaged or open do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. Should this occur Emma Hedley Jewellery will cover re delivery costs.
All items returned as faulty will be assessed by Emma Hedley Jewellery, any damage that is deemed to be the result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty. If a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months we will replace or repair the item but it may incur a small repair charge along with the return postage costs via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Cancelling An Online Order
If you wish to cancel an order from emmahedley.com please call 07887555496, please note that once an order has already been processed and dispatched it cannot be cancelled and would need to follow the returns procedure as outlined above.
