We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which usually arrives the next working day by 1 pm - 4 pm. We insure it for the relevant value, anything worth over £2500, the extra value is covered by our business insurance.
If you are sending us any sentimental jewellery for re design, please use Royal Mail Special Delivery and insure it for the relevant value. If it is worth more than £2500 you may wish to drop it off in person or arrange collection.
If an item is in stock it will be dispatched within 3-4 working days. If an item is not in stock please be aware that all of our items are handmade to order by highly skilled crafts people. (just let us know if you have a particular deadline in mind and we will do our best to meet that wherever possible!)
If it is a completely bespoke piece it could take 8-12 weeks for your finished item to be delivered, or more depending on the complexity of the design. We will keep you up to date with the progress and will email you to let you know when your item is ready and being dispatched or ready for collection.
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Our international shipping costs £10.50. Delivery times are an estimated 5 - 9 days from dispatch. Please note we may need to make your item from scratch so this is the estimated delivery once your item has been made and dispatched. We will email you when your item is ready and on its way.
