Have you got any sentimental jewellery passed down from loved ones? We can melt down your gold, reuse your stones and add a sprinkle of new diamonds or gemstones to the mix to create something new and fabulous, to suit your style!

The process:

It usually takes around 8-12 weeks to complete a new design from start to finish.
Once you've purchased your 'Bespoke Experience' please use the booking link to arrange your initial consultation.
You can send us any inspiration pictures, or pictures of your sentimental jewellery (if you'd like a sentimental re design)
We'll discuss your ideas and talk through the possibilities, answering any questions you might have. Via phone, zoom or in person.
We will show you a selection of beautiful ethically sourced diamonds and gemstones to choose from!
We work out an estimate for your bespoke jewellery and do a CAD design of your initial concept.
You then let us know if you'd like any adjustments to the design.
Once you're happy with the design we invoice you 50% of the balance to proceed the order.
Then we make the magic happen! Keeping you up to date with the progress at each stage!
Once it's ready we'll contact you to arrange the collection or delivery of your beautiful finished jewellery! And send you the final balance invoice.
Metal prices are based on weight and fluctuate daily, so the final balance may vary slightly.
If you have any scrap gold we can deduct the value from the final balance.

Price
The price listed is for a 30 minute consultation to discuss your ideas, we will then work out some estimates for you.
Once you are happy to proceed we will send you an initial deposit invoice to start the CAD design process. We will update you with a more accurate estimate once we have done the CAD design as the metal prices are based on weight.
Bespoke items start from £2000, Diamonds and gemstones vary in price so we can help narrow down the options to suit your budget.
Please note that bespoke re designs that involve melting down your sentimental items, and re using your stones, involves more complicated processes than us making a new item for scratch, so just bare in mind that it doesn't reduce the costs in the way you might expect.

UK Delivery
We offer free shipping on fine jewellery items over £500
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which usually arrives the next working day by 1 pm. We insure it for the relevant value, anything worth over £2500, the extra value is covered by our business insurance.
If you are sending us any sentimental jewellery for re design, please use Royal Mail Special Delivery and insure it for the relevant value. If it is worth more than £2500 you may wish to drop it off in person or arrange collection.
If an item is in stock it will be dispatched within 3-4 working days. If an item is not in stock please be aware that all of our items are handmade to order by highly skilled crafts people. Please allow 4-5 weeks for wedding rings and 5-8 weeks for stone set items (just let us know if you have a particular deadline in mind and we will do our best to meet that wherever possible!)
If you would like slight customisation on one of our designs please allow an extra couple of weeks while we source the perfect stones for you.
If it is a completely bespoke piece it could take 8-12 weeks for your finished item to be delivered, or more depending on the complexity of the design. We will keep you up to date with the progress and will email you to let you know when your item is ready and being dispatched or ready for collection.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Our international shipping costs £10.50 for items up to £499.
We offer free shipping on fine jewellery items over £500 using International Tracked and signed for.
Delivery times are an estimated 5 - 9 days from dispatch. Please note we may need to make your item from scratch so this is the estimated delivery once your item has been made and dispatched. We will email you when your item is ready and on its way.

- Payment in Advance
Please call us to take a card payment over the phone or we can send you an invoice with a link to pay or with our bank details if you prefer to do a direct bank transfer.
- Local Pickup
If you would like to pay by cash and collect your order in person, we will send you a booking link to arrange a collection time.
If you'd like any adjustments to one of our fine jewellery designs please purchase the customised option in the drop down menu.

Unique colour combinations
We can send you pictures and videos of the stones for you to choose from, or you can view them in person if you live locally.
We will send you a booking link to pick a consultation time to discuss what you'd like, either via zoom, phone or in person depending on your location.
Please note there may be additional charges if you'd like to scale up the stone sizes or increase the width of the band, we can talk through the options and price them up for you.
Additional charges will be invoiced for separately.
