We've had lots of shoots over the years as I just love the way she captures the essence of a moment. Claire and I met when I had my first little shop space in Barnard Castle I think in around 2010, when I had a pop up space with my handmade personalised silver Jewellery. It was in the back of My Generation, filled with an eclectic mix of vintage and handmade treasures by the lovely Suzanne Thomas.

Our most recent photoshoot was on the beach and in the sand Dunes at South Shields. A wild and windy day, brought a variety of challenges that we laughed our way through and just had a great time! Despite the joys of our British weather Claire managed to capture some great shots, so I'm truly grateful!
Makeup Artist
Here is our beautiful Model Hannah Shaw, who has previously modelled for Barbour, was actually 20 weeks pregnant on the shoot, she was such a natural and an absolute pleasure to work with! Her lovely natural makeup was created by Jo Leversuch
Jo is a renowned International Make-up artist based in North East of England and is regarded as the 'Queen of Skin' and has a eye for creating fresh, dewy, natural make-up. Not only does she do high end fashion makeup for editorial shoots, she also does beautiful Wedding makeup!
Jo understands that your wedding day is unique. Jo is a friendly, adaptable, discreet professional person who will work with you to make sure you look amazing.
And she also teaches one to one makeup lessons, to help you learn some new tricks!
Alternative Rock and Roll Bride Macrame Dress
Below is the lovely Hannah wearing the fabulous Macrame Dress by Rope Like No Other we found them on Etsy, and fell in love with this unique alternative dress! We layered a full skirt underneath to enhance our unique textured collections.

Wedding Flowers Newcastle
If you are looking for a beautiful wedding florist our bridal flowers were supplied by the wonderful Jones and Jones Flowers based in Gosforth. We chose soft powder pink roses with subtle wild flowers to go with our Blossom inspired jewellery collection. Made with unique ethically sourced gemstone clusters set in 18ct recycled Rose gold pink and green sapphires and tourmalines mixed with lab grown or natural diamonds for extra sparkle.
New alternative modelling agency in Newcastle

A fresh, forward thinking visual creative agency, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne "Real people, Real stories, Real passion."
who introduced us to our lovely male model Aymen El Hayani who is wearing the 5mm Yellow Gold Organic textured Wedding band.
As we were having the photo shoot in South Shields we wanted to support local businesses near the location, and we found award wining nail artist That Nail Guy Joe who pampered our male model with a gents hand and nail treatment, and lovely gel nails for Hannah.
Natural and Eco Friendly Hair Products
Just up the road we were based in Xlance Hair Salon, with the lovely Jessica and Rebecca who did Hannah's hair and mine too. They specialise in environmentally friendly hair care products and shampoo where you can get refills of their wonderful Davines hair care products so if you like natural products, these smell amazing, and Jess can tell you all about the wonderful people behind the scenes! It really is quite amazing!
