The Spiral Quest part 5: Schumann Resonance: Earths Electromagnetic field
The Video above explains the history of the Schumann Resonance
My sister Kitty mentioned before we installed the first Breath Anchor, that we should check the Schuman Resonance to see if anything is picked up arounf the installation dates. I'd never heard of it before so forgot about this.
After the Stirling Scotland Crown Chakra Activation, Robert Edward Grant began sharing screen shots of the Schumann Resonance, at the date and time of the ceremony in Scotland 16th May 2026. The image on the right showing the frequencies in correlation to our chakras and the times of each activation at the bottom.

How the Breath Anchors come into all of this?
The information I am receiving is that the installation of these 'Glyphs' 'Breath Anchors' act as a protection mechanism against Solar Flares and Magnetic disturbances that they are designed to stabilise the electromagnetic field around the Earth.
Known as the Schumann Resonance, which is measured on a daily basis by scientists around the world.
Primary Purpose of the Breath Anchors
Stabilizing the Schuman resonance by reducing electromagnetic instability.
Mitigating symptoms of fatigue and headaches by reducing electromagnetic noise.
Creating a buffer zone that absorbs and redistributes excess electromagnetic energy from solar flares. Like a harmonic shock absorber smoothing out sudden spikes in electromagnetic radiation.
That Stabilize: Emotional resonance, symbolic memory & planetary coherence.
That Reawaken: Planetary memory and restores emotional coherence.
It will be fascinating to observer this after each installation.
Below are screen shots showing the Schumann Resonance on 22nd April 2026, Earth Day, when we installed the first 'Breath Anchor'. As you can see these look very different to the images above. Gentle waves rather than spikes.
As you can see from the comment this is an anomaly. The image on the right is from the following day, showing a purple glow- that they say represents angelic intervention!

The Earth's Heartbeat: Understanding the Schumann Resonance
The Schumann resonance is a set of electromagnetic frequencies that pulse through the space between the Earth's surface and the ionosphere, created by lightning strikes occurring around the globe at any given moment. Often described as the Earth's own heartbeat, the fundamental frequency resonates at approximately 7.83 Hz — a rhythm that has remained relatively stable for millions of years.
Fascinatingly, this frequency closely mirrors the alpha and theta brainwave states associated with deep relaxation, meditation, and heightened intuition in humans.
Many researchers and spiritual practitioners believe that our bodies are naturally attuned to this planetary pulse, and that disruptions to the Schumann resonance — which do occur during periods of intense solar activity — may subtly influence our mood, sleep, and sense of wellbeing.
Tuning back into the Earth's frequency, whether through time in nature, grounding practices, or conscious breathwork, may be one of the most profound ways we can restore balance within ourselves.
Solar Flares and Their Impact on the Schumann Resonance
Solar flares — powerful bursts of electromagnetic radiation released from the Sun's surface — have a direct impact on the Earth's ionosphere, and in turn, on the Schumann resonance.
When a significant solar event occurs, the influx of charged particles can cause the Schumann frequencies to spike or become erratic, temporarily disrupting the stable 7.83 Hz rhythm we are naturally entrained to.
Many people are acutely sensitive to these shifts, even without being consciously aware of the cause.
How Solar Activity Affects Your Body and Mind
During periods of heightened solar activity, it is common to experience a range of physical and emotional symptoms including deep fatigue, persistent headaches, brain fog, disrupted sleep, heightened anxiety, and a general sense of feeling "off" or ungrounded. Some researchers suggest this is because our nervous systems, which are finely tuned to the Earth's electromagnetic field, struggle to recalibrate when that field becomes unstable.
Rather than dismissing these feelings, it can be empowering to recognise them as a sign of your body's sensitivity — and an invitation to slow down, rest, hydrate, and reconnect with the Earth through grounding, time in nature, or gentle breathwork.
I'm very excited to watch this unfold with the activation of each of the remaining Breath Anchors!
