An Invitation to Read With an Open Mind

This is something very personal that I'm being guided to start sharing, so that it may help others who may be experiencing similar things. To find the support they are looking for.

I invite you to observe this story with curiosity and an open mind. Rather than shutting it down due to fear or lack of understanding. 

My Story: Why I'm Sharing This Now

Since 11.11.2025 I've been receiving very clear and specific downloads — intuitive messages and guidance through meditation and dreams, especially in the waking moments between sleep. (Commonly called Hypnopompia (or the hypnopompic state)

It turns out I'm not the only one this has been happening to. Over the past month I've started connecting with more and more people who have been having similar experiences! And receiving similar information that supports the guidance I am receiving. 

Finding My Community

I joined Emilio Ortiz's group called The Deep Dive — a safe space for like-minded awakened souls, an online community to openly share unusual stories and experiences with others.

I also joined Robert Edward Grant's Orion Messenger, a platform to connect with open-minded awakened people who are also sharing their stories.

It is quite remarkable! This is the most profound experience, and it has been so reassuring to know we are not alone.

Coming Out of the Psychic Closet

For years, psychic abilities have been hidden and ridiculed. Thankfully things are changing — more and more people are coming forward, and we are now in a time where people are actually safe to share their gifts openly.

Someone in one of the groups said: "I've been out of the psychic closet for a couple of years now."

Which is quite an apt way of putting it. I am only just starting to openly share my story, and it does share similarities to coming out — parts of our deep soul that have remained hidden, in fear of being ridiculed, judged, shut down, ostracised, or even locked up or institutionalised.

To finally be able to openly speak from the heart about something deeply personal that resonates feels so incredibly freeing. To use our voice to speak our truth, to share our gifts, to help those around us by connecting with other levels of awareness.

This is something to be observed with curiosity and an open mind. Rather than shut down due to fear or lack of understanding.

Do All Humans Have Psychic Abilities?

The reality is that all humans actually have psychic abilities — the ability to heal ourselves and others, and to communicate through telepathy. Science tells us that most humans only access up to 10% of their brain. So what is the rest of the brain able to do? And how do we access it?

My Personal Psychic Journey

I was taught by my parents to tune in to my intuition from a very early age. My dad was very intuitive, so he recognised my gifts and showed me how to use them.

I could see auras from age 2 or 3 — I remember laughing and saying "he's got blue coming out of his head!" As an adult, the energy I see most frequently around people looks more like the heat waves you can see rising off tarmac on a hot summer's day.

He also taught me dowsing — holding a pendulum or crystal on a chain, then asking a simple question you know the answer to, to see how it moves and establish a clear 'yes' and 'no' — until I felt the answer intuitively without dowsing at all.

The Clair Abilities Explained

Here are some of the clair abilities, in case any of these resonate with you. For many years I've been able to experience most of these (apart from clairalience, clairgustance, and clairtangency).

Note: these terms are not scientifically established abilities, but are widely used in spiritual and intuitive practices. People often report experiencing one or two more strongly than others.

Telepathy in Everyday Life

Another gift is telepathy — answering a question before it's asked, or calling someone just as they were thinking of you. This is happening very regularly for me now.

I often play with my boyfriend and two boys, guessing what number they are thinking of or what card they are holding. I don't know how to do magic — I just seem to get it right more often than not.

You Are Not Alone

I'm being guided to share this information publicly now, as more and more people will start to recognise these gifts in themselves. It can feel very lonely if those around us don't understand and we can't talk to them about any of it.
