The Spiral Quest part 6: Mount Shasta Breath of the Many Installation & Activation

About the Event

Emma will be installing and activating The Breath of the Many Breath Anchor at Mount Shasta. Join like-hearted souls breathing through heart coherence, setting the intention for global peace and harmony. There will be a zoom call 3 days prior, to practice the breath sequence together.

You can hold space by watching the video and following the breath sequence in your own time on 6th June: (Ideally at 7.30pm UK time/ 11.30am PDT)

Ceremony Overview

Please arrive peacefully to the space, ready to start at 11am PDT.

• A gentle welcome before starting the installation (piecing together the 'Breath Anchor with intention)
• The breath sequence to begin at 11.30am PDT/ 7.30pm UK, followed by 33 minutes of stillness — holding the intention for global peace and harmony visualising the sigil in your minds eye.
• A silent walk to another space for journaling
• A sharing circle
• Closing the circle and leaving the space silently, enjoying the sounds of nature

What to Bring

• A notebook and pen
• Something warm to wear
• Something to sit or lie down on for 33 minutes of stillness

For those holding space via Zoom: please find a quiet space. I will share the breath sequence recording to practice from 3 days before the activation.
