The Story
"Goodness, Kindness, Thoughtfulness & Generosity"
These words were on the back of a receipt, that my Dad carried in his wallet for over 30 years. They'd been written by a child he'd taught. He said that they really resonated with him and so this is how he chose to live his life.

Personalisation
These lyric pillar pendants can be personalised with four words or up to 15 characters each side. They could be names, a reminder of words to live by or even words to describe someone or just a special message!

UK Delivery
We offer free shipping on fine jewellery items over £500
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which usually arrives the next working day by 1 pm. We insure it for the relevant value, anything worth over £2500, the extra value is covered by our business insurance.
If you are sending us any sentimental jewellery for re design, please use Royal Mail Special Delivery and insure it for the relevant value. If it is worth more than £2500 you may wish to drop it off in person or arrange collection.
If an item is in stock it will be dispatched within 3-4 working days. If an item is not in stock please be aware that all of our items are handmade to order by highly skilled crafts people. Please allow 4-5 weeks for wedding rings and 5-8 weeks for stone set items (just let us know if you have a particular deadline in mind and we will do our best to meet that wherever possible!)
If you would like slight customisation on one of our designs please allow an extra couple of weeks while we source the perfect stones for you.
If it is a completely bespoke piece it could take 8-12 weeks for your finished item to be delivered, or more depending on the complexity of the design. We will keep you up to date with the progress and will email you to let you know when your item is ready and being dispatched or ready for collection.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Our international shipping costs £10.50 for items up to £499.
We offer free shipping on fine jewellery items over £500 using International Tracked and signed for.
Delivery times are an estimated 5 - 9 days from dispatch. Please note we may need to make your item from scratch so this is the estimated delivery once your item has been made and dispatched. We will email you when your item is ready and on its way.

Please call us to take a card payment over the phone or we can send you an invoice with a link to pay or with our bank details if you prefer to do a direct bank transfer.
- Local Pickup
If you would like to pay by cash and collect your order in person, we will send you a booking link to arrange a collection time.

Unique colour combinations
We can send you pictures and videos of the stones for you to choose from, or you can view them in person if you live locally.
We will send you a booking link to pick a consultation time to discuss what you'd like, either via zoom, phone or in person depending on your location.
Please note there may be additional charges if you'd like to scale up the stone sizes or increase the width of the band, we can talk through the options and price them up for you.
Additional charges will be invoiced for separately.
